Lost in thought, the candles around her flickered and sputtered, the incense pervading the room seeming to stir as if by an unseen wind. Her Harrow deck was weighty in her hands as they moved to shuffle it automatically. A simple spread would do, she just needed clarity. Taking a deep breath, she let the swirling smoke empty her mind and began to turn the cards over.

"Past..." she muttered to herself. The Tangled Briar. The Fiend. The Survivor

"...present...". The Empty Throne. The Midwife. The Juggler

"...future...". The Forge. The Marriage. The Waxworks.

No answers, just more questions.
